I see alot of bad reviews and do not understand? Place was great. Grilled chicken was good lettuce was crisp tomatoes we're ripe. Tastes fine. Plenty of fries for one person. I'm satisfied with what I got and what I paid. I will be back

WoW! Wasn't expecting this place to be good, and it surprised me so much. This place is new and super clean. The chicken was great, and the sauces are so gooood. If there was a MadChx closer to my house, I would be going there all the time. So good! I crave MadChx now.

Chicken tenders always fresh, hot and moist. Great waffle fries and I love the cheese curds. The food is made to order so you know its hot and fresh. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and well kept. They take pride in their business. Great service and great food!

The mad chicken Chipotle sandwich was crispy, lightly spicy and delicious! The waffle fries were also a great side! I enjoyed my Mad Chicken experience and will drop in again when I'm in the area!

I had the chicken bowl with tater tots, and I am a slow eater. When I finished, the tater tots were still crispy, not soggy, despite being deliciously drizzled with their awesome sauce. Absolutely a delicious meal, and great service. (One further note: I had the original Mad sauce on mine, and my husband had the chipotle. The chipotle is only listed as medium heat on the menu, but it is HOT. I can handle the spicy chicken at Chik-fil-A, but I couldn't handle that. If you're sensitive to heat, be warned: this place means business.)

I'm excited to see a Mad Chicken now open in Oshkosh at 409 Algoma Blvd , the old Hardee's building by the courthouse. Tonight I had chicken tenders and cheese curds. The tenders are always fresh and juicy and are large pieces, they have some weight to them, they are not skimpy little pieces at all. In my opinion, the best in the area. The Cheese curds were very good as well, a good portion size, fresh and done just right and better than most in the area. And the restaurant itself was very clean! They have redone the inside and it looks great! Attentive service too! Prices I'd say are somewhere between Culver's and Chili's. They also have chicken sandwiches, wraps, wings, chicken and waffles, fries/sides, so a good variety. Highly recommended Mad Chicken!

This is an edited review. I will admit, I initially gave this restaurant a bad review, but after talking to the owner I will say that I've had a change of heart. He was very genuine and wanted to make things right. He even opened the conversation with an apology for my experience and said he didn't want to make excuses. He's aware of the situations and yes, they were very short staffed that night. So I won't mention the bad because the owner is going to be fixing the issues which is great. I will say that the sauces they have are phenomenal! I for one like the Mad Fire sauce. I will be giving an updated review after giving this location another chance.
